This post-revolutionary bus produced by Karosa Vysoké Mýto in 1991-1997 pushed the Hungarian "Čabajka" (Ikarus 280) off the Czech roads.
The three-axle bus B 741 was created by rebuilding the Karosa C 744. Two parts, one hinge with a cover and four double hinged doors in the right side are the basic elements of the sixty-two units that were produced. The B 741 buses were mainly operated in Prague and Bratislava, but also in other smaller cities in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It is also worth mentioning their operation abroad - in Poland, Lithuania and Russia.
In Prague, the B 741 buses were deprecated in June 2015, while in the rest of the world they kept operating - for the longest time in Vilnius until 2017.
